In temperature dependent Raman studies the general trend of peak intensity w.r.t. temperature is that it decreases and starts broadening with increase in temperature. But in one of my sample I am getting opposite trend i.e. the peak intensity increases with increase in temperature. So my question is this possible? If yes then what is the reason for that? Any reference for this will be very much appreciated.

It could very well be that the temperature treatment can first increase the ordering in your sample, ie. you are annealing your sample, especially if your measurement runs for hours.
If I were you, I would register this line with other lasers, is it really Raman scattering?
