I'm using a nano low volume ITC. It seems that it does not inject the ligand at the start of the experiment. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
it's normal; the first injection is lower than the other because there is diffusion during the dwell time. The solution is, for esample, selected first injection 1 microliter and the other 10 microliters.
Before saying anything else, could you provide a figure from your experiment?
Thank you for your help. It turns out it was simply not injecting the volumes. The problem is now sorted. Cheers!
