Our country is under sanction due to political issues and it is impossible for us to import CliniMACS machine and also to order specific culture media to propagate these cells. I'm wondering is there anyone who has worked these cells? do you have a specific protocol for the isolation and proliferation of them?

Thank you for your response, we need MACS and their specific AB to isolate cells, and also a simple method for culturing these cells because most of the proliferation methods are so complicated and costly. you know the sanction circumstance on the country and the lack of reagent for proceeding in clinic and research.
