Nitrocellulose vs Nylon or PVDF?

I was cleaning out a lab and found a roll of hybridization membrane. How do I tell if it's nitrocellulose, nylon, or PVDF? Nitrocellulose will combust instantly, with no residue when exposed to flame. Is that the same for nylon or PVDF? Thank you in advance.

PVDF melts at 166-170oC, nylon - at 210-260oC (depending on the type)
