Hello everyone!

I'm using image cytometry to measure nuclear translocation of RelA in T-cells (CD3+) after stimulation with anti-CD3/28. I know that NFkB phosphorylates within 20 minutes of stimulation, but I find conflicting reports on when the translocation should occur. I measured at 30 minutes after stimulation and found no increase in nuclear localization.

When do you suggest that nuclear translocation of RelA/NFkB occurs in T-cells after anti-CD3/28 stimulation??

Thanks!

Adam
