I thing that it related to the immune system> the Immune system in the most of african countries are very strong. The second reason is the high degree in it. This atmosphere helps to not spread of virus.

It's not for immunity sure. While I was in Africa I saw their high prevalence of HIV and TB. So they should have more risk in that context. Just isolated due to war in many countries and tourists are less interested.
It´s good those countries apparently have low number of COVID-19 cases. The reason bellow this could be various. For example, not doing tests and not reporting cases
