The Neem oil is used as a biopestcides. The main constituent in the Neem seed acting as a feeding deterrent & reproduction inhibitor co . Is it possible to increase the percentage of azadirachtin neem seeds ?

Variations in the yield and purity of Azadirachtin are due to the geographical location of the plant, time of harvest, and duration of seed storage. Sinha et al. (1999) have been adopted a simple method for enrichment of Azadirachtin from Neem seeds. It involves additional partition with CCI2 before final extraction which removes most of nimbin, salanin and allied triterpenoids.
