Currently writing chpt 3 of my dissertation proposal. My committee wants only seminal work within the last 5 years to support the use of decile scales. I have searched every possible term I can think of ... I'm coming up empty. Can anyone send me in the right direction? I have less than 30 days to complete chpt 3.

Thx for the info. I had already read this in my research, before posting here. Seems I need more detail than this .. and of course Wiki cannot be used for research purposes.
Specifically, Dr. A. Bandura has stated that decile scales are more sensitive and therefore are the better option when measuring Self-Efficacy .. now, I do not know if this is a broad statement assigned to all forms of instruments ... or if he is only referencing decile scales for the SELF-A.
i have emailed Bandura, Zimmerman and Kitsantas .. hopefully, one of them will respond to my request for information.
