I have recently managed to have Devine's Master's thesis on Curtius posted on the UQ espace, but access is limited to current students and staff. I'd like to see it made more widely available, but need to contact whoever has management of his estate, if that is possible.
I've had verbal advice that Devine passed away soon after 2003, but none of my contacts know what happened to him.

Thanks for your reply, Stanley. Not expecting the question will get anywhere but needed to try.
The issue only came to my attention when a man offered to send me a swathe of Devine's work through academia.edu. Apparently, they be in contact with Devine in 2002 over discussions raised by Devine to publish the papers, including two unpublished articles, as a book. Then he lost contact with Devine.
The articles are all Word documents formatted to match the original publications. And the package also included a publications list and a CV which shows that Devine moved away from Ancient History into Law, and was practising as a barrister in Britain from possibly the late 1990's to 2003.
I thought of offering the unpublished articles to UQ Library, but the access limitations imposed on his thesis make me reluctant to do that.

Apologies for this belated response.
Your question concerning Albert Devine is a frequent enquiry, a reflection of the continuing high interest in his work and especially the hope that his projected critical edition of Aelian’s Tactica Theoria might one day appear.
Alas, while searching some time ago, I discovered that an Albert Mascall Devine had passed away in Adelaide in 2016. I assume this name combination is unique.

My apologies in turn for taking so long to get back to you. Over the past few months we have been heavily engaged in a major exercise in looking for a place in a retirement village, with all the necessary downsizing. Not done yet.
Your DOD for Devine is later than others suggested, and may well be correct. Either way, it takes me no further and I have decided to give up the chase.
The material sent to me that started all this did include a Bibliography Devine put together in 2003. A revised Tactica is not among his then listed works in progress. But he did include the following:
1. Aelianus Tacticus. A Critical Edition of Aelian's TAKTIKE THEORIA, with Prolegomena
and Translationin Aufstieg und Niedergang der Römischen Welt, Band II, 37.5 (in press).
Pp. 200 (approx.).
2. The Tactical and Poliorcetic Authors of the Late Republic and the Principate in Aufstieg
