Why there is a need of language editing in journal publications to improve acceptance of research paper ?
This important for authors who publish with English language that is not native to them. I wish to get those whom I could be exchanging papers for editing.
Being native in English sometimes doesn't help much. Sometimes researchers being native do need an expert to find the best result for their paper to be submitted to journals

You are absolutely right. Everybody will love to read a perfect paper and cite to a good impact factor, but somebody experienced (subject specific editor) should be there to make it readable. In China, Japan, Korea mostly all non-native often face difficulties.
