i need information about compact wireless devices for wireless two way communication in tunnel. where i can get details about device which should communicate up to 5Km?

I am not clear regarding your definition of compact. How small do you expect it to be? One suggestion is that you use Ubiquiti AirMax product. It is a point-to-point WiFi transceivers. The size is similar to two mobile tablet devices. If there is Line-of-Sight (LOS) connection inside the tunnel, these AirMax devices (depending on the model) can reach up to 25 km. My previous research team in Indonesia already experimented with one of AirMax transceivers up to 10 Km LOS.
