In the chicken stool major composition - urine, feathers, undigested food and coop bedding material. Among them chicken Urine was analyzed for uric acid, ammonia, urea, creatine and creatinine and amino acids. Especially these amino acids are naturally helping to enhance fluorescence signal in the stool samples.

Currently, I am working on infectious disease on-site monitoring from chicken stool samples though fluorescent nanoparticles mediated LFIA analysis. Due to the stool sample natural fluorescence intensity, I can not able to get constant results.

So, I need to decrease/reduce the fluorescence intensity from stool samples without disturbance of stool sample natural compositions. Especially how to avoid amino acid influences from stool sample?

How to neutralize the fluorescent enhancing amino acids?

Experts, please give me your valuable suggestions for my experiment.

Thanks in advance
