We are looking for a software that can co-register MRI images with the individual's scalp position. We have the position tracking hardware "3D guidance trakstar" (Ascension technology corp.) which is the new version of the earlier minibird. Some studies have used the freeware "mrireg" for the same purpose. However, mrireg is compatible with minibird, but not the latest version trakstar. Can anyone suggest a similar software that can be used with trakstar?
