In a manuscript I read this information:
"Healthy human subjects show blood sulfide ranging from 10 to 100 umol/l, equivalent to 0.2—1.8 ppm in blood"
However, I am not sure this is correct
My calculation, 10 umol/l of H2S is equal to 0.34 ppm.
(S=32, H=1)
Too simple but confused.
is this calculation correct ?

convert micro molar to mili molar and simply multiply it with formula mass it will solve your desired conversion
suppose you want to convert 100 umol to ppm
formula wt of H2S = 34
100 umol = 0.1 mili mol = 0.1 x 34 = 3.4 mg/L (ppm)
10 umol = 0.01 mili mol = 0.01 x 34 = 0.34 mg/L (ppm)
