I am a Windows user, want to use a software which is provided in Fortran. Can anyone compile it so that I could use its compiled binaries.
I would appreciate for it and properly acknowledge.

I'm not a MS Windows user so I can't provide the binary that you want, but why don't you compile it by yourself?
Just download the compiler and do it!

I have already tried that using Simply Fortran and MinGW but it leads to some coding/compiling error that I am not able to understand/resolve. I have tried to contact to the developer of code but it didn't help. That's why I seek help here.

I downloaded the file, there is a script file (compile) which is written in csh (C Shell), this script has some lines that call ifort compiler (Intel Fortran Compiler), I suggest you, download the new version of Ubuntu or any other distros and then install it on a virtual machine and install Intel Fortran Compiler, I think it's a rapid way to achieve the result, don't waste your time with MS Windows.
