I am using xenon lamp of 300 W (67005, Newport, Oriel Instrument) and light intensity of 45.2 mW cm−2 measured with a broadband radiometer (Newport Corporation) as simulated solar light source. Now the broad spectrum of light produced by the lamp was filtered to harvest radiation identical to solar light.
My question is that will there be any change in the light intensity?? I yes then upto how much in %?
Some informations regrading filters:
An Air Mass 1.5 Global filter (first filter attenuated the irradiation to simulate sunlight traveling through an amount of atmosphere corresponding to a 48.2◦ angle of incidence. The second filter was an FSQ-KG5 filter, which is a heat absorbing filter.

I presume that you no longer have access to the radiometer - I guess that the 'raw' intensity was measured at the Oriel factory? That's a pity. An AM1.5 filter will, I recall, result in the AM0 total intensity being reduced by around 28% - does the filter account for scattering (10% reduction) or just absorption (18%)?
In either case, you may find it useful to develop an in-house calibrated radiometer. This can be a simple silicon PV cell or a off-the-shelf radiometer - it might be useful for future work in case you start doubting the stability of your Xe lamp.

Suppose, that You know the light power (W) (but not electrical power) of lamp from a reliable source and have a real access to the spectrofluorimeter .
You can register the spectrum of your light source in the presence (Sf) and absence (S) of filters at the same conditions.

I suggested to used the following method that i used in my ph.D thesis
The ferrioxalate actinometric solution was prepared by mixing 40 ml from 0.15 M of Fe2(SO4)3.7 H2O with 50 ml from 0.45 M of K2(C2O4) and 10 ml from 0.05 M of H2SO4 in photocatalytic reactor, then irradiation under atmospheric oxygen. The colour of solution was changed to yellowish green to indicate the production of K3[Fe(C2O4)3].3H2O.
A 3 cm3 of irradiated solution was collected in regular intervals (5, 10 and 15) min by test tubes and centrifuged (4000 rpm, 5 min) in 800 B centrifuge, 0.5 ml of filtered solutions were added to 2.5 ml of 1,10-phenonethroline to produce redish orange complex which absorbed at 510 nm.
The light intensity (Io) was calculated by depending on the calculation of the amount of quantity of produced ferrous ions during an irradiation time by using the following equations [143]:
moles of Fe2+ = V1 x V3 x A(510 nm)/[V2 x l x ε(510 nm) x 1000]
Io=moles of Fe2+/[Φ λ x t]
where:V1 is total of irradiation volume (100 cm3), V3 is volume of irradiation solution mixed with 1,10-phenonethroline (3 cm3), V2 is volume of irradiation solution (0.5 cm3), l is optical path length (1 cm), ε is molar absoptivity 1.045 x 10000 L. mol-1. cm-1 , A at 510 is average absorbance of solution after irradiation in different internals time with 1,10-phenonethroline, (t) is average of irradiation time and Фλ is quantum yield (1.2)
