NBO charge transfer (QNBO)and Mulliken charge transfer (QMu)

I have few systems and I would like to calculate NBO charge transfer (QNBO)and Mulliken charge transfer (QMu) for them using Gaussian 09 package.

Could you please anyone suggest how to do it?
