I do not want to use fluid properties standart conditions from thermodynamic table. Because my prandtl 1 and rayleigh 10^7. These values did not suitable my model.
Can I design fluid properties for natural convection for example
ro=1000
cp=11030
dynamic viscosity=0.001
k=11.03
beta=10^-5
This values provide prandtl 1 and rayleigh 10^7
Is it possible academic environment. It ıs obligation use thermodynamic table fluid properties.
I added my dimensionless model.

In general, we always go for standard property values (thermodynamic tables) for our analysis. I hope you are trying to validate the problem for which they have the results based on Pr =1 and Ra 10^7. More or less they have used std properties to attain this result. I would suggest you go through the data's again or related journals (if this data belongs to a journal or smthng)
