I know that publishing my research in paid journals brings down the quality of the paper when compared to free journals. But due to some time constraints, Im really in hurry to publish an article in scopus or web of science in a very short time. So can any one please help me to find a low cost paid scopus or web of science journal. My research is on magnetic nanocomposite materials, it comes under material science. I have searched for it but it all costs me a fortune. Thank you in advance.

@Madhukar Baburao Deshmukh sir i have tried unpaid scopus and web of science journals. But the thing is unpaid journals takes a minimum 3 to 6 months for 1st decision (acceptance). But I dont have such a long time to wait, thats why I need your valuable answers. Thank you sir.

I believe there is a journal called "Nanomaterials". You could try that.
I also believe there is a journal called Open Journal of Composite Materials.
I agree that we have to avoid paying but it sounds like you are in a situation when it cannot be avoided.
