My protein is a disorder protein , there is no complete crystal structure available in database, so how can i model and validate protein structure?

I want to model my protein structure , it has complete sequence in the database but there is no complete structure in the database even there is no crystal structure available in the database, I tried to model it through Robetta but i am not getting how to validate it. Please tell me how I can proceed?

If it is disordered, I think you can't validate it very much structure based. However, what is its function? Maybe you can start there.
