Mutant and mutant/wild type droplets stick together in the 2D plot in ddPCR

I'm doing ddPCR with cell line gDNA and keep getting positive and double-positive events stuck together as a one big cloud. Has anyone got something similar? However, when switched to the tissue samples (fresh frozen) I get: negative droplets, WT only, mutant only, and no double-positive... Can this reaction be trusted? The amount of accepted droplets on average is 13k +.
