Dear all,

Iám desperately looking for any anti-mouse Nlrp3 antibody for immunofluorescence on PFA-Fixed, OCT-embedded, mouse brain sections.

I tried some already, but none of them worked as expected, moreover acc. to the literature its hard to find any, which was used in IF-stainings.

Does somebody has any experience and could recommend a proper working antibody? Maybe from any cross-species reactive experiments etc.?
