While dealing and writing my Master Thesis, I found an interesting (mouse) paper, where a possible interaction of RA and MITFA is suggested, due to similarities of binding domains of CRABP and the N-terminus of MITFA in mice.
Is there anybody who has evidence/ results/ etc., that this can apply also for a zebrafish?

What tissue are you using ?
In neural tissue RA is a classic mitogen and growth factor.
especially in tumour cells like neuroblastoma.
So I am thinking it should it should work .
