Which is the appropriate cell line to study cilia in mice? I want to do a primary cell culture from mice. Suggest me choose which organ/tissue in mice should I prefer to study ciliary molecules.

IMCD3 is a cell line derived from the inner medullary collecting duct of a mouse. It is an immortalized cell line that retains many of the differentiated characteristics of the terminal inner medullary collecting duct and can be used to induce cilia formation.
If you are looking at organs in mice, you may consider the lungs which contains ciliated epithelial cells lining the airways, that use motile cilia to clear mucus and debris.
There are alternatives like cilia present in hepatocytes, or the motile cilia in the fallopian tubes that propel the egg cell towards the uterus, or you may also consider cilia in pancreatic islets that are involved in regulating insulin secretion and glucose homeostasis.
