I am carrying out a research in with a mediational analysis is required. In this model digital competence works as independent variable (X), eustress as dependent variable (Y) and time management (M1) and academic self-efficacy (M2), both, as mediator variables. (Attached)

In this sense, all regression analyses are significant, except X-->Y. In order to find with it the most suitable mediation path, a contrast analysis is carried out. The results suggest that the 3 contrast analyses are statistically signiticant in this way:

* C1 = Indirect effect 1 (X-->M1-->Y) > Indirect effect 2 (X-->M2-->Y)

* C2 = Indirect effect 1 (X-->M1-->Y) > Indirect effect 3 (X-->M1-->M2-->Y)

* C3 = Indirect effect 2 (X-->M2-->Y) > Indirect effect 3 (X-->M1-->M2-->Y)

Analyzing these results, how should we understand them? Should we build it like a puzzle, so that Indirect effect 1 > Indirect effect 2 > Indirect effect 3?

I have been looking up for other similar cases but I only find mediation analysis in which the analysis showed up only one contrast analysis.

I have also being reading about it in Hayes (2017), but no way.

Kind regards,
