I was wondering if anyone has a compiled MPI version of MrBayes v3.2.7a that will run on Windows 11 that they would be willing to share? Or alternatively, does anyone know of a step-by-step guide for building and compiling an MPI version for Windows from the MrBayes GitHub repo, preferably using Visual Studio (but other methods welcome)?
I've seen some limited build instructions online for Linux, but nothing for Windows.
My intention is to use this in conjunction with the BEAGLE library so it can run using my NVIDIA GPU.

I have taken to using the CIPRES science gateway to avoid having to compile MrBayes. I always have trouble getting the BEAGLE library to integrate. It may be worth looking into depending on your needs. https://www.phylo.org/
