Mouse Skin FACS -Intracellular and extracellular staining protocol?

I am planning to do skin FACS for mouse, and was wondering if any has tried doing intracellular staining ( using pma ionomycin). What was the best concentration of pma ionomycin to use and would any please share the protocol with me? thanks a lot.
