I'm using MorphoJ, and the software gives me the eigen values but it doesn't give you the eigen vector. For each landmark it gives you a x and y value for each PC but I'm looking for a value that showesme which ones vary more. Is there any command on the software to see this?

Do you want a simple, subjective way to check landmark variation? Just check the PC change shapes and you'll have in hand some graphical options: lollipop, D'arcy Thompson-like grid warp or wireframe graphs.
In the lollipop graph, you can easily spot the most distinguished LM by the highest length: the centroid is represented as the lollipop head, and the maximum variation is the tip of the line. You can also choose which principal component to look, so you can compare PC1 and PC2 variations.
If you're looking for a quantitative measurement of this variation, I'm not sure MorphoJ can calculate it, however, you can try a tps software option.

The eigenvectors are available in MorphoJ in tabular form in the text ouput. They are called 'PC coefficients'.

Alejandra Piro como bien dijo Dimitri en la solapa Results está una tabla con los coeficientes de los PC. Mirá la flecha en la imagen adjunta, en este caso para landmarks 2D. Recordá que MorphoJ no admite semilandmarks y si los usas debes relajarlos en otro software y guardarte el tramaño centroide que lo podes usar en MorphoJ. Miguel
