Hi everyone,

I do not have much experience of monoclonal antibody production. We have just ordered an external service to produce for us. The problem is that our immunogen is only 4 aa peptides, resulting in poor binding of fusioned cells to the targeted protein. However, there is binding between these clones with a larger peptide of 15 aa containing the 4 aa of interests.

Should we give it a shot and continue the project, or terminate it?

Thank you very much for helping.

Best regards,

Ly
