Modified multiple platform for sleep deprivation in rats - bought or custom made?

I am trying to establish a protocol for an experiment of sleep deprivation in rats. From what I gather there are multiple protocols to achieve this (gentle handling, inverted flowerpot, forced locomotion, modified multiple platform etc.)

The modified multiple platform seem the best fit for me and I was wandering can these platforms be bought or are they usually custom made ("home-made") ?

If they are custom made, do you know some useful tips and insights for building such a platform?
