I am using COMSOL 5.6. In my project, I have to simulate a heat transfer inside a box. So, for that, a fan should be simulated inside that closed box. But COMSOL does not allow me to select the boundaries inside of that model. (either inlet or outlet to the fan and heat flux boundary conditions)
Is there any method to simulate that model or any advice to continue that model

did you try to use the hide/view feature to have access to embedded boundaries?

First, you can use hid option for applying boundary conditions, then COMSOL will allow you. Second, go to GUI of comsol choose the correct option of boundary or domain whatever you want to select, and then moving mouse curse it will highlight in red for selection. 3rd if you have imported geometry to comsol then make it directly in COMSOL because sometimes imported geometry becomes a single domain and did not work. If you want the same imported geometry then do boolean operations for separation of domains.
For certain problems you can define interior boundary conditions, but in your case it sounds like you should modify your model so that input and output are actual boundary conditions on external boundaries.
