MiRNA Target prediction sites - recommendations?

Hi there,

I have resurrected an old project which involved looking at mRNA targets of a miRNA in a parasitic nematode. As it isn't a model organism, TargetScan is no use. We used to use PITA and Miranda, but these sites are no longer functional. Can anyone help? The data has been run through RNAHybrid but we ideally need a minimum of 2 programs to narrow our hit list down. It has been a while since I worked on miRNA so don't really know where to go looking!
