I previously used MiniAnalysis to analyse mIPSCs datasets. Unfortunately, this software has long been discontinued.. recently doing some mIPSCs recordings and trying out analysis using Clampfit (version 10).
Several different templates were used in analysis, to ensure most events are "captured", however, when performing an Event Statistics, I realized that the output stat generated is only for individual template, and not the combined data/ event analysed...
Looking for any input on how best to perform analysis of mIPSCs..
My data are of different lengths, do I perform analysis on a fix length of recording, then run the data points for frequencies or amplitudes using stat packages; eg. Graphad ...
