When preparing the reaction mixture for cDNA synthesis, I messed up while adding the template. So, I had to downscale the total reaction volume for cDNA synthesis to 10 uL. I use the Thermo Scientific Verso cDNA Synthesis kit. But the manual, as well as online protocols, only mention 20 uL reactions or mention scaling up the reaction volume. So, I was wondering if scaling down to 10 uL would in any way hamper the cDNA synthesis.
