Miltenyi`s MACSQuant 10 or Beckmann? Cytoflex?

We want to buy a new cytometer. Has anybody heard anything negative about MACSQuant 10 or Cytoflex? As we cannot afford maintenance service, it is important for us, that the machine runs smoothly and does not break frequently.
