Research in migraine pathophysiology and therapy cannot progress until the deadwood that abounds is cleared. When such deadwood comes from the so-called migraine-research-establishment, the impact on the future of the discipline is grave.

There are rare critiques that make attempts in this direction. Such efforts are to be lauded and shared with the research community.
