Microprobe: Reference for (Co,Fe,Ni)Arsenides?

Hi,

I am looking for an appropriate reference material to measure (Co,Ni,Fe)Arsenides by microprobe. We tried arsenopyrite, nickeline and elemental arsenic today but the results were not very good.

Do you have any ideas?

We have skutterudite in our Astimex Mineral standard blocks, it could be a better standard for your work. You might want to ask around.
