Hi,
Hope you are all doing well. My microfluidic device is having pipette tips projecting up for gravity based flow perfusion. Because of which, I can not accommodate the chip inside standard 100 mm petri dish with height 17/21 mm. DO you have any suggestion of a vessel which is transparent for optical microscopy as well as accommodate the device with height approx 50 mm? Thank you in advance!

I suggest 3D printing an extender for your petri dishes. It's going to be very expensive to get something that will have a microscope compatible bottom and be more than 40 mm tall.
