hello there! I am classifying microbiome data in fastQ format and using RDP pipeline. unfortunately, i cannot classify bigger files unless i use RDPTool. could someone please suggest a better option or a guide on how to install RDPTools and use it from my directory?

I will also recommend you take a look on this guide (Overview of QIIME 2 Plugin Workflows — QIIME 2 2021.4.0) documentation , also this tutorial (“Moving Pictures” tutorial — QIIME 2 2021.4.0 documentation).
Finally, this video was made for QIIME1 (Microbiome Discovery 4: QIIME - YouTube), but it can be useful to start.
