MG-132 application?

Does anyone have experience with MG-132 treatment in mature Arabidopsis leaves? I've read about seedling treatment but cant find anything about mature leaves. is it possible to treat detached leaf?

Hi,

I haven’t done leaves but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I would say take the proto for seedlings and start from there. Mature rosette leaves might need higher concentrations though.
