Most of the researchers have reported the use of Redox indicator Methylene blue to distinguish between ssDNA and dsDNA, however in some articles after hybridization the reduction peak was decreased and in other articles after hybridization the reduction peak was increased. what factor could influence such kind of behaviour in the reduction peaks.
