Thank you, Hanning. But I wonder which parameter should I use to identify whether it is reversible or not? Ka, Kd or something else? I am new to it. Thank you.

You can follow the association and the dissociation in real time. If the complex does not dissociate, then it's irreversible - or at least very, very slow.
