This is Suo Gao, a second year PhD student at the School of Computer Science and Technology of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China.
At present, I have published 9 papers, including journals IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (IF=5.8), Information Sciences (IF=8.2), Signal Processing (IF=4.7), etc. The total number of citations exceeded 700, and two papers were selected as highly cited papers and hot papers.
