Hi you Mendeley geeks...I am proud of you and hope somebody can help me.
I just started using Mendeley (which I should have done years ago I noticed now) and am having difficulties with author entry, especially when the authors are organizations like "R Core Team"...Mendeley separates that into Team, R Core and the program apparently requires a first and last name...has anyone figured this out, or are you just typing those refs manually into the lit section and body of papers?

For any reference in your library, you can right-click on the record, and click Update Details: Using this feature, Mendeley can occasionally add or correct information in the reference. If this doesn't work, you can try DOI Lookup or manually edit the reference.
In the Zotero, which I use, each name field can be toggled between single and two field mode by clicking the “Switch to single field” / “Switch to two fields” buttons at the end of the creator field. Try to find a similar function in Mendeley (or you can try Zotero to see if it doesn't work better for you).
