Hello, when I tried to simulate 3D Meshing and made structure in SILVACO ATLAS, I faced the error "Error: Memory allocation failure. Try killing processes or see system administrator". I re-meshed and reduced the number of nodes to at least of my need, but the error appears, and the compiler killed the process.
Is there a way to enhance memory usage of SILVACO or another effort?
(Windows version of SILVACO, and my RAM is 8G with core i5 CPU )

In this case only reduce your meshing and run your programme.

Reduce the mesh size in the outer area of the device or you can reduce the overall meshing of the device.

The following answers work correctly, but I need at least nodes to specify structure. I couldn't solve this problem, but I tried these codes to the Linux version of Silvaco, which took about 5gig RAM and worked without errors.
