Need to separate the membrane fraction for detecting p47phox translocation. I've found that 100,000g for 60min can give satisfactory result. 

But, the ultracentrifuge we are using now cannot go beyond 14,000rpm, in that case how can I isolate the membrane fraction with that one. 

Need a feasible protocol.
