I would like to use Ferene S to measure intracellular labile iron levels in tissue culture cells and would be grateful if someone could provide recipes for the buffers that should be used. The commercial kits provide the following buffers; Iron Assay Buffer, Iron Probe, Iron Reducer and Iron Standard.
