Hi Laurent,

Our lab had the same problem working with fish embryos and larvae. Rather than try to obtain plasma, we pooled and homogenized several embryos. Then, we did one extraction for steroid hormones and get an idea of hormone concentrations per developmental stage. Let me know if you'd like to take a look at protocol - I can pass ours along!
