How can I measure the actual area of ​​a random feature that does not have a uniform shape in an SEM image? The SEM stage was titled 54 degrees.

I know this can be done using the SmartSEM tilt correction option or any other similar program (but the image was taken by my colleague). I tried to use the imageJ app, but the problem with imageJ is that the pixels will be stretch if I try to do that. Is there another way to do this (accurately)?
