Has anyone tried these assays on single saggital brain slices from adult mice (MDA adduct from Cell Biolabs and glutathione from Sigma-Aldrich)? Would like to know ahead of time if it's feasible to use a single brain slice per sample, or is pooling slices required for a reliable optical readout. Thanks!

I believe the starting volume should be good enough to do the following analysis with ease. So, it will depend upon what kind of analysis you are planning to do and the associated volume needed in those anlyses.
